At Dynsol.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Items damaged through misuse, showing signs of wear, or returned incomplete may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as in-ear earphones and earbuds) cannot be returned once opened or used. Products under manufacturer warranty are serviced through the brand's authorised service centre.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll confirm eligibility and share next steps, including the return address or pickup arrangement.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return delivery is free when the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in these cases Dynsol.pk covers the return shipping. For all other (non-defective) returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Important Notes:

• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

• Delivery charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos when contacting support.
